How do I return an item?
Cedar Rose Lane - Return Policy Heritage Lace and Lace Custom Orders
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Cedar Rose will happily exchange the item or refund your money minus a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be issued for the items only if they are returned in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Items that have an odor, stains, or other abnormal markings will not receive refunds. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returnable items must be sent back within 20 days from the date your order is received and must be in resalable condition, unless the return is due to an error on our part. There are no exceptions after 20 days.
For all Returns, you must first create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for that order. To do this, please immediately contact Cedar Rose at 1.888.866.1970, request Customer Service and obtain a RMA. No return will be credited or accepted without the Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Any packages received without an RMA Return Merchandise Authorization will be returned to the customer at his/her expense.
If an item must be returned due to our error, please contact customer service and they will assist you in processing the return.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations after 24 hours result in a 20% restocking fee.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed when shopping at Cedar Rose. Please check your order carefully upon receipt and contact customer service immediately if you have any questions or concerns. Polish Pottery & All Fragile Items - These items must be insured as many items are one of a kind and can not be replaced if damaged during shipping. We insure every effort in carefully wrapping and packing fragile items, however, insurance is a must for your protection and ours. Any item that is unsatisfactory or you wish to be returned, the same process applies as stated above; A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained and the item must be returned in the same condition as received, including all labels, boxes, accessories and return shipping, plus insurance is at the expense of the buyer. Tea Forte Products - There are no refunds or returns allowed on any Tea Forte products. All other merchandise is returnable with full refund as long as it is not a custom order, it is returned in original packaging, labels attached and not used. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained from our Customer Service Department at 1.888.866.1970 - Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. The item must be returned in original package and it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item at their expense within 20 days upon receipt. It is our main goal to provide the best Customer Service possible and we rarely have any issues with returns or refunds. Should you have a damaged item from shipping, immediately contact us so that we can contact the carrier and turn it into their insurance department for processing.
